Common game settings

I think the dashboard should have a section to adjust settings that are common among games such as:

- Invert look
- Brightness/contrast
- Screen limits (overscan compensation)
- Analog layout for 3d shooters
- Sound/music balance

This would simplify configuration and allow players to start playing quicker, with greater guarantee that the game will play the way they want.
