Use other device(like Tablet or Smartphone) as Keyboard

But I was wondering if it will be posible to use a smartphone or tablet as a keyboard for the ouya. I know that there will be input like username and password or ingame input that needs a keyboard. I also know that there will be of course a onscreen keyboard that we can use with our controllers.

But will there be a function out of the box to use a android smartphone or tablet as the keyboard for ouya.

There is an app in the play store that can do this. I also checked it and it worked. But I would love to avoid third party apps.

I know this is just a generell forum but maybe someone with detailed information knows more about that.
